Ms Hunter-Linde is an Associate Director in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and has vast experience in complex litigation matters. She holds an LLM degree in Private Law from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2007.

Ms Hunter-Linde practises commercial litigation, with a strong focus on and special interest in insolvency and business rescue. She helps her clients to develop and implement appropriate strategies to effectively manage and resolve disputes. Her approach to disputes is to be a tough but principled negotiator and she adopts a highly commercial approach in her advisory role.

She advises our corporate clients and leading insolvency practitioners in relation to formal insolvency appointments and on all aspects pertaining to liquidations, sequestrations and restructures. She has specialist expertise most notable in the petroleum, retail, telecommunications, asset finance and insurance industries. Within the petroleum sector she has advised and represented a market leader in numerous litigious matters, in a variety of forums which encompasses all areas of its business.
