Ms. Cesoreé Heradien is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department based in the Cape Town offices. Ms. Heradien is skilled in general civil litigation and dispute resolution, more specifically her practice areas are Commercial Law, Tax Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, in both the private and public sectors.

She has successfully advised a wide range of private-, municipal- and national- levels of clients, including corporates, financial institutions and private individuals and regularly handles complex and high value cases, with a particular focus on commercial, contractual and insolvency related disputes.

Ms. Heradien has successfully litigated in the Magistrate’s Court, High Court and Tax Court. She is further proficient in litigating in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, Arbitration (CCMA), Labour Court and administrative tribunals.
