Mr Mapiyeye is an Associate Director in the Litigation department at the firm’s Johannesburg office. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a right of appearance.

He specialises in criminal and civil litigation and has extensive experience in business rescue and liquidation applications.

Mr Mapiyeye also specialises in court annexed mediation, which he has been doing with the Randburg Magistrate’s Court Mediation office since 2018 and he has successfully settled 90% of the matters allocated to him through the mediation process.
