Mr. Ngcobo is an Associate Director and the Head of the Labour and Employment department at DM5 Incorporated. Mlungisi has over 9 years of broad capabilities in labour and employment law and is an all-round labour lawyer, having dealt with a variety of employment law issues in Court, CCMA, and bargaining councils. He often appears in the Labour Court, CCMA, and bargaining councils and has provided legal advice to clients on cases such as restraints of trade, sexual harassment complaints, unfair labour practice disputes, dismissal disputes, section 197 transfers of businesses, and unfair discrimination cases.

He has also handled disciplinary cases as Chairperson and Initiator including cases concerning general procurement irregularities, PFMA contraventions and MFMA contraventions.
