Ms. Neo Motshegare is the Head of the Labour and Employment department at DM5, bringing over 13 years of extensive experience to her role.
With a broad expertise in Labour and Employment Law, Ms. Motshegare excels in chairing and initiating disciplinary and grievance hearings, conducting thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, and adeptly representing clients in contentious dismissal claims and navigating, at times, complex litigation at bodies such as the CCMA, various Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court.
Throughout her career, Ms. Motshegare has been a pivotal figure in various legal proceedings, where her insights have been invaluable. She provides strategic guidance on matters ranging from small- to large-scale retrenchments to drafting and negotiating a variety of employment related contracts.
