Ms Molepo is an Associate Director and a Head of the Property and Teal Estate Department at DM5 Incorporated. She is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and a notary of the High Court of South Africa.

Ms Molepo has over 20 years’ experience and advises on all property related matters. Her area of practice includes all aspects of conveyancing and notarial work, including but not limited to residential and commercial property transfers, subdivisions and consolidations of properties, opening of township registers and sectional title schemes, servitudes, long-term leases, residential and commercial mortgage bonds, special and general notarial bonds.
